But the bright-eyed Shobha ignores negativity of her parents. The story tells her journey as she explores love, life, valour and sacrifice from her relatives, the noble King Dadda Chalukya and his beautiful wife Maharani Gayatri Devi of Bharuch. Shobha acquaints with her cousin Chaula as the two girls blossom as attractive adolescents and the fate that drives Shobha to emerge as a heroine of her time. Will Shobha save her righteous homeland and Somnath Temple from Mahmud Ghaznavi?
